As our first dedicated Senior Recruiter (m/f/d), you are the architect and driving force behind our recruiting. You take full end-to-end responsibility and will build the processes that enable us to attract and hire the top 1% of talent in tech and investment.
- Active Sourcing: You identify and engage the industry's top talent through targeted direct sourcing in competitive markets
- Strategic Partnership: You act as a key advisor and sparring partner for hiring managers across all departments
- Process Optimization: You analyze existing recruiting processes, proactively contribute your own ideas, and optimize the candidate experience
- Data-Driven Management: You own active pipeline management, define KPIs, and create insightful reports for your business areas
