Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our company's executive team. This role requires exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills. The Chief of Staff will serve as a key supporter of the leadership team, collaborating with them to drive strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to define and execute strategic initiatives

  • Develop and implement organisational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the company

  • Steer and help cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are aligned with company objectives

  • Analyse market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the executive team

  • Build structures for analytical decision-making, including controlling our financials and most important KPIs

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

YOUR PROFILE
  • University degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a top tier Investment banking, strategy consulting, or asset management firm

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends and challenges

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
